Flathead Performance & Customs is an independent HD/V-twin custom and performance shop on the western shores of Flathead Lake, built for riders who want the work done right the first time.

We are not an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer. The shop is run by a certified Harley-Davidson technician where the bike, not the showroom, sets the schedule.

Service, tuning, and custom work on Milwaukee-Eight and earlier V-twins are the core of the business. That covers dyno-minded setup, performance parts, handling and brake work, and full custom builds — plus a small number of used bikes bought, upgraded in-house, and resold one or two at a time.

The shop sits at 26616 Old US Hwy 93 in Elmo, Montana, between Polson and the north end of the lake, on the road riders already use for Glacier, the Mission Mountains, and the long loop around Flathead.

Locals and seasonal riders all come through the same stretch of highway. My work is aimed at that mix: machines that have to start every morning and still look like they belong on the lake road.
